Germany Work Visa applications are made to the German Consulates or the German Embassy, ​​which are the only authorities on this subject. In order to apply for a visa, you must receive an offer from a workplace in Germany or have an agreement with a workplace you have found yourself. The Federal Republic of Germany has introduced some restrictions for foreign nationals of third countries to apply. If you do not have German citizenship or a citizenship in a member state of the European Union, you are considered a third country citizen. In order for the citizens of the Republic of Turkey to work in a job they find with their own means, the conditions there must be met and the job they find must comply with the criteria determined by the German authorities.

For the job you find in Germany, you can go to the job you find and work if there is no German citizen or a citizen of another country with priority right (European Union or European Economic Area or Switzerland) in the region. If you have studied at a university in Germany as a Turkish citizen, if you find a job according to your qualifications within 18 months of your graduation, Germany will grant you a residence and work permit at the end of this period. If you have returned to Turkey after completing your university education, you are entitled to a 6-month visa to find a job in Germany. During this 6-month period, if you find a job that suits your qualifications and you have a financial background to make a living during this period, you can apply for a work-related residence permit at the Foreigners Office (Ausländerbehörder) in Germany. If the field you will work in is related to the field of information technologies or engineering, Germany does not require you to submit a language certificate, but if your field of work is outside of these professions, you must present a language proficiency document when applying for a Germany Work Permit Visa.
